I didn't take the whole box on the trip and assembled my crossbow. It took me around 20 min and there is a manual with pretty detailed instructions explaining safety and cocking. It comes with the main part, limbs, sting, quiver, coking stirrup and rope, non-illuminated scope, and 3 bolts.
You can hit wicked shots at 50 yards with this crossbow, and it's impressive. The over-molded grip feels fantastic quality when holding a crossbow and offers steady control with an improved accuracy guarantee.
With kinetic energy of 134 FT, it still offers some serious firepower. Also, a target practice where you get better, not getting the most expensive crossbow.

Included to cover standard, non-wearable parts for the life of the crossbow to the original registered owner.
We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Also, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses at this time.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
If your order is unavailable or discontinued, we will release the pre-authorized funds, and they should be available for you in 1-3 business days depending on your bank. If you are happy with the back order, we will process the charges. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Standard delivery is 3-10 business days from the date of your order. Some products could take longer, depending on the brand. We will send you tracking information of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at sales@toppickdeals.online. In order to bring you the best products we source them from all over the world. That is why some can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Some products are custom-made (made to order) and could take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Curbside Shipping - Delivered to your curb, mostly by the mailbox. You will be responsible for moving and assembling products yourself.
Standard Delivery - Delivery to the first enclosed area (door entrance, garage, covered awning, etc). Moving and assembly from that point will be your responsibility.
White Glove Delivery - White-glove service includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials, and transporting your order. There are additional costs for Glove Delivery. Delivery is by appointment. We will call you to set a date.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage, do not refuse the package; instead, please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@toppickdeals.online, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note that all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery, or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order
You can cancel your order without any additional costs if your order hasn't been shipped. Please get in touch at sales@toppickdeals.online. If your order has shipped, we will take it back (the customer has to pay shipping costs) if the product is unused, in original packaging, and good condition. (Restocking fee applies)
You can return a product 14 days after the initial purchase. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges (if we have to arrange the return freight) and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price).

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. Items have to be in their original packaging. Depending on your Bank, it can take 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.
In order to put you on the back order list, we have to process your funds. We will ship the product once it becomes available. If you decide that you no longer want the item and want to be removed from the backorder list (cancel order), email us at sales@toppickdeals.online. Depending on your Bank, it could take up to 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.
